When July comes, the stage is set for the world’s wildlife spectacle, when about 1.5 million wildebeests and about half a million Zebras engage in a mass movement from the Serengeti National reserve in Tanzania into the Masai Mara. Walking Safaris:

There is no better way to experience the African bush and wilderness than by going on a walking safari. This excursion is led by our naturalists who have grown up around here, they will ensure that you experience nature the way they do including learning some survival secrets. The Front office staff will be very happy to book you for this excursion.

Bush Dinners:

Enjoy candle lit dinners in the bush while listening to the sounds of nature. Mouth watering barbecues will be on offer at a special site chosen by the Camp. This activity can be booked at the reception.
Sundowners:

How else could one end a day well than by having a sundowner while you watch the African sunset? For all guests on a honeymoon safari, this is highly recommended.

Bush Breakfast:

Enjoy your breakfast in the bush, either on the plains or up on the hill as you enjoy the panoramic view of the plains below.

Bird walks:

For bird watchers on a photo safari, Ngama Hills tented Camp offers a perfect location for birding. Because this luxury safari Camp is situated in a transition zone, between the bush land on the hill side and the open plains, there are so many species of birds that go through this location every now and then.

Masai Mara has a status of an IBA (Important Bird Area) visit the birdlife website and check KE050 for details. This site has all the information about the ecology of the location and the important threatened and restricted range bird.

Birding at this Luxury safari Camp can be enjoyed even from the comfort of your tent as there are so many species within our compound.

Balloon Safaris:

How else can you enjoy the African sunrise than from a hot air balloon over the Mara plains? This can be arranged from the Camp and the drive to the launching site is less than half hours’ drive. Safari Holidays will be more memorable after an early morning balloon flight climaxed with a Champagne bush breakfast in the wild.
